Terms & Conditions

• There will be no refund for cancellation of classes by JSA Sports Academy Sdn. Bhd.(JSA). However, I do acknowledge and accept that JSA shall provide replacement class(es) which it cancels. Further, if my child/children is/are absent from any of the classes, I acknowledge and accept that I cannot claim any refund for his/their absence.
• In the event if my child is/ my children are absent from any of the lessons/classes/ sessions and I would like to have replacement class(es) for him/her/them, I shall make the necessary arrangement directly with JSA for such replacement class(es) and I fully acknowledge and accept to bear the additional costs for such replacement class(es) imposed by JSA. I further undertake and hereby agree that I shall not approach any of the instructor and/or coach of JSA directly or indirectly for such replacement class(es) and should I be found to do so in any way, JSA reserves its absolute discretion to terminate my child/children from his/her/their participation in the replacement class(es), without any claim for damages and/or losses against JSA.
• I agree that my child’s image may be used to promote the classes conducted by JSA in any way which JSA deems fit and necessary.
• I authorize JSA to arrange medical treatment in case of emergencies and I shall not hold JSA liable in the event if my child does not/children do not respond positively towards the medical treatment provided. I also accept that in the event of such emergencies arising, it is my responsibility to take my child/children to seek full medical treatment thereafter.
• I hereby waive the right to make any complaints and legal actions against JSA or any of its affiliates or staff in the event of any personal injury sustained by my child during any trainings/tournaments.
• I fully acknowledge and accept that uniforms provided by JSA are compulsory during lessons, and if my child fails/ children fail to wear them during classes, JSA is entitled at their sole discretion to bar my child/children from attending the classes.
• All fees are payable prior to commencement of the lessons directly to JSA. I further acknowledge and accept that JSA retains the absolute and sole discretion to revise its fees at any time.
• JSA reserve the right to make any changes it sees fit with regards to its coaches.
• Participants who have had any medical conditions are, at all times, required to inform JSA of this medical condition and is required to provide a letter from your personal doctor allowing yourself or the student/s to proceed with the class, students who don’t bring letter of confirmation/clearance from the doctor will not be allowed to participate in the classes.
• I fully acknowledge and accept that while the instructors of JSA are well-trained, and every precaution is taken during each lesson, accident do happen (slippery floors, freak nature conditions, students/participants not following instructions etc.) I further agree, accept and declare that I shall not hold the Company, management and staff of JSA responsible for any mishap, injury, loss of life, theft, accidents on the road, damage to possessions etc., which are beyond the control of JSA, that may occur before, during or after the classes.
• I agree to JSA using the data provided above for communications to provide information to me on JSA’s schedules, offers, events etc. I understand that the information I supplied will be used by JSA for administration and marketing purposes only. I understand that JSA is committed to protect my and my child’s personal information collected by them and such personal data would not be disclosed, sold to, shared with, distributed and/or used by any unauthorized companies and/or individuals without my prior consent. I also understand and accept that JSA will use my data to inform myself about products and services and where applicable, request my opinion accordingly
